GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A FULL of the total amount is due at the time of signing the contract. Only certified checks or money orders will be accepted after April 1, 2025. No free products will be allowed to be distributed without prior approval from Event Management. Some restrictions apply. Strict action will be taken against violators including removal from the premises. Parking passes should be given by us as without that the vendor will not be able to park in the parking area. If full payment is not made by April 5th, 2025, all promotions including ads, plaques, and banner displays will be canceled. All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds will be issued after March 31st, 2025, or due to rain, rain date changes, or any act of God. Important: Food vendors must get the permits from the Health Department & Fire Department of West Windsor Township, and the West Windsor Township Department of Public Safety by September 10th, 2023, as required by the Township.
