Once you save and exit Edit Form, you are directed to the unpublished section of your forms dashboard. Review the form again, if needed, click on 3 dots and click on publish from the dropdown as below:
Once the form is published, it will create a public URL that can be shared with your applicants.
Once the form is published, you can start collecting data. People can fill up the form and submit. As you collect the data, you can view the same at anytime by clicking on 3dots>>Form data. You can download the data in excel at anytime.
In "Add-ons" you can choose to enable automated emails so that when users submit the form, they receive a confirmation email. You can also add a customized message that will be displayed in the email.
