Welcome to Vibrnz's form tools! Our form tools are designed to help you effortlessly collect, save, and manage data. Whether you’re conducting surveys, collecting sponsorships, or gathering information from your patrons for your upcoming activity, our user-friendly tools will streamline the entire process, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—connecting with your audience and making informed decisions.

Get started with your first form in a few simple steps! Assuming that you have signed up and created an account on Vibrnz!

Step 1: Log into Vibrnz - Dashboard>>Forms>>Create Form
Step 2: Edit to create your form 
Step 3: Review and Publish
Easily create a form from scratch. Click on "Create form"

Currently we have one template. Click on choose and you are ready to edit your form.

Edit your form. Add fields that suit your need. Choose the fields from the left menu that are applicable to your form. You can preview the form at any time.

Once the form is complete with all the fields you need, click on Save and Exit at the bottom of the left hand side menu.

Once you save and exit Edit Form, you are directed to the unpublished section of your forms dashboard. Review the form again, if needed, click on 3 dots and click on publish from the dropdown as below:

Once the form is published, it will create a public URL that can be shared with your applicants.

Once the form is published, you can start collecting data. People can fill up the form and submit. As you collect the data, you can view the same at anytime by clicking on 3dots>>Form data. You can download the data in excel at anytime.

In "Add-ons" you can choose to enable automated emails so that when users submit the form, they receive a confirmation email. You can also add a customized message that will be displayed in the email.
