Umang Tadphale is an emerging Sitar player from India and is affiliated with Swarasetu Gurukul since 2011. He has been pursuing Sitar since the age of 9 and throughout the year he performs in numerous regional music festivals (Mukula Festival, Vasudev Hari Sangeet Mahotsav, etc.) as a soloist or with other outstanding fellow musicians.
