1. Introduction
Welcome to the Vibrnz SMS Service ("Service"). By opting in to use this Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
2. Description of Service
The SMS Service allows users (end-users/ticket buyers) to receive SMS directly to their mobile phones. This Service is provided as an addition to the email ticket confirmations.
3. Opt-In Process
By choosing to receive SMS:
- You consent to receiving SMS messages from Vibrnz related to your ticket purchase.
- You agree to provide a valid mobile phone number.
- You acknowledge that standard messaging and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
4. Usage
- The Service is available only to users who have successfully purchased tickets on our platform and opted for SMS service during the checkout process.
- The SMS will contain a link that directs you to the ticket.
- Ensure your mobile device is capable of receiving SMS and accessing the internet for the link to function properly.
5. Delivery and Timing
- SMS will be sent shortly after the purchase is confirmed.
- In case of any delay or non-receipt of the SMS, please contact your event organizer.
6. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.
- Keep your mobile device secure; Vibrnz is not liable for any unauthorized access to your tickets.
7. Charges
- Vibrnz does not charge for the Service, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply.
- Check with your mobile carrier for any charges that may apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Vibrnz is not responsible for any failure or delay in delivery of SMS due to issues outside our control, including but not limited to mobile carrier issues, network problems, or device compatibility.
- In no event shall Vibrnz be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
9. Privacy
- Your privacy is important to us. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy .
10. Changes to the Terms
